Minnesota 4-H Dog Project Showcase

The state dog committee would like to highlight the Minnesota 4-H Dog Project at the Minnesota State Fair during the livestock encampment weekend. We need youth from the 4-H dog project to be involved in this showcase at the 4-H building and the pet center.

This is a great opportunity to help promote the Minnesota 4-H Dog Project and we need lots of help to make this a success!

Who can attend?

Open to Minnesota 4-H Dog Project youth!

Interested 4-H members are asked to complete the sign-up form and return it before Aug. 20, 2016. Participating youth will receive a free gate pass and meal ticket, and we will try to get a gate pass for a parent/guardian that brings them. Youth are encouraged to sign up for 3-4 activities.

All dogs participating need to have Minnesota 4-H form Dog IDA on file to complete registration.

Topics:

Again in 2017: 4-Hers to use the pet center to demonstrate agility. We will have the space to do an agility course.

A tentative schedule for the day will be determined after we know the number of participants and their skill level.
