Registration is now open

Welcome to Minnesota! We invite you to join us on May 2-4 for the 2018 National Health Outreach Conference. This conference will bring together world class keynote presenters and other speakers, Extension professionals, and community partners. We will all engage in learning how we can co-create support systems and programs in our communities that will build a stronger culture of health. Join us for a time to learn, grow, engage, refresh and recharge!

Conference registration

Registration for the 2018 National Health Outreach Conference includes access to all general conference sessions and materials. These include an opening keynote lunch and plenary dinner on Wednesday, keynote breakfasts on Thursday and Friday, an awards luncheon on Thursday, a Poster Reception on Thursday night, a Minnesota themed reception and keynote lunch on Friday, and refreshment breaks daily. Although all general conference events are included with registration, you will be required to confirm your attendance and make meal selections as necessary to assist with conference planning.

Note that registration is limited to 350, so register early!

Community Health Transformation Institute, pre-conference workshops and optional social events

The Community Health Transformation Institute, Pre-Conference Workshops and optional social events are not included in conference registration fees. If required minimum attendance is not met for a workshop or social event, it will be cancelled. Registered individuals will be contacted in advance and granted a full refund for any fees paid.

Registration starts February 7, 2018 and closes April 25, 2018.

Cancellations on or before April 18, 2018 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations after May 2 will not be issued a refund.

For participants wishing to apply for CEUs, we will provide certificates of attendance on the last day of the conference.
