Get trained to teach Parents Forever™
All facilitators who teach one hour or more of a Parents Forever™ class are required to complete our training series. Our facilitator training helps ensure that local programs meet all 25 minimum standards required for divorce education classes in Minnesota. They also help ensure that parents receive consistent, high quality education at in-person programs across the state and nation.
Here are the steps you need to complete to be trained to teach Parents Forever™:
- Familiarize yourself with How to offer Parents Forever™ in-person to your community.
- Register for and view the Parents Forever™ introductory webinar. This free one-hour webinar is available on demand.
- Register for and attend the Parents Forever™ facilitator training. Please contact Kate Welshons (email@example.com) for more information.
- Purchase access to the Parents Forever™ Facilitator Website. This website is the gateway for facilitators to access the updated curriculum, and additional resources, training, and support that you will need for starting and maintaining a Parents Forever™ program in your community.
After completing these steps, you will be an “authorized provider” of Parents Forever™ and have our permission and support to teach the program in-person to your community.
