Join the Koochiching County 4-H Horse Project Development Committee (PDC) as they host a clinic on pleasure riding!
The clinic will be held at the Northern Minnesota District Fairgrounds in Littlefork on May 19 from about 4 to 6 p.m. (or directly following the Littlefork Saddle Club Horse Show). This clinic is open to youth in grades 3 and up.
This clinic will focus on basic ground skills and riding maneuvers to execute quality patterns and pleasure performances; as well as, review of show tack and attire.
Please note
- Youth must be enrolled in the Koochiching County 4-H program to attend.
- All 4-H policies for the horse project will be followed at this event, including the 4-H helmet policy.
- A current negative Coggins test for all horses in attendance is required for participation.
