Resources for you to use before and during the state fair will be posted on this page as they become available. Please check back often to get the latest information.

Staff only resources (state fair forms, dog and horse show registration forms, etc) are available for extension staff on the YD Intranet.

4-H summer employment opportunities

A variety of jobs are available at 4-H state-level summer events. For county positions, contact your county Extension office.

Apply at least five days before the event starts. Priority will be given to applications received by June 1.

Procedures for buses and vehicle unloading, loading & parking - Due to construction changes happening at the fairgrounds with the brand new Transit Hub, our 4-H busing will be changing slightly in 2015. Exact details on how we will move buses in and out have been finalized with the State Fair. See below for details.

  • Health information for adult volunteers is required for individuals who travel out of county as a Minnesota 4-H volunteer.
