Current work, research and interests
Todd works with the software that supports the vision and mission of Minnesota 4-H, including 4HOnline and FairEntry, the primary database tools used by 4-H staff, volunteers and members.
This work involves understanding how these tools can best serve 4-H staff and families, and then providing the training, user guides, processes and configurations to achieve that goal.
Year round work includes enrollment, communications and reporting. Summer and fall bring a focus on county and state fair operations.
In addition, Todd is always looking for, and eager to implement other software tools that can support and advance the vision and mission of Minnesota 4-H.
Todd's background as a 4-H member, 4-H adult volunteer, 4-H program coordinator and now working on campus with other state 4-H staff provides a deep appreciation for the many and varied opportunities and benefits provided by 4-H.
