Nancy provides leadership in the program development process ensuring effective delivery of 4-H programs and extension teaching. She leads and supervises Extension educators in the SE and SW regions, which entails effective performance management, leading the annual performance review and plan of work process. Nancy finds great satisfaction as a connector, resource, and liaison with county, regional, and state program staff, specifically related to stewarding the program, humane, and financial resources. She provides leadership to the statewide staff development team, as well as serving as a resource in the area of professional development. She is a member of the Youth Development Leadership Team and Youth Development Design Team and active in the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents Association, currently serving as the 2014 NAE4HA Conference co-chair.
