Current work, research and interests

Margo Herman PhotoMargo has 25 years of experience serving children and families through teaching, curriculum development and project management at the community level. As an Extension educator in educational design and development, her current focus is on teaching and curriculum development in leadership and management skills for youth work supervisors. She serves on the statewide 4-H quality and citizenship teams to provide educational design and development expertise and is a part of the teaching faculty.

She also serves as Extension's liaison to the Next Generation Youth Work Coalition, a national organization.
