About the Speaker
Lasse Siurala, Ph. D.
Lasse Siurala served as the Director of the Department of Youth for the city of Helsinki from 1995 until 1998, and again from 2002 to the present. From 1998-2001 he led of the Directorate of Youth and Sport for the Council of Europe. Prior to his work with the Department of Youth, he was a lecturer, researcher, and associate professor at the Helsinki School of Economics.
