Food Safety Employee Training

DeliveryWorkshop/Class Presentation
DescriptionBasic need-to-know safe food handling practices for entry-level, front-line food service employees including proper personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitizing. This contributes to safer meals away from home, reduces citations and critical violations during health inspections, and reduces the risk of economic consequences of food-borne illness outbreaks in restaurants and other food service establishments.
