What we do . . .

The Extension Swine Team works cooperatively across several departments and colleges to bring University research and knowledge to a diverse audience involved in the pork production industry. The specific goals of the team are to:

• Improve the performance, health and welfare of pigs
• Enhance the economic, environmental and social sustainability of pork production
• Ensure a dependable supply of safe, nutritious pork for consumers
