Visitor Profile Surveys


To identify visitor characteristics that will provide information for communities to target tourism marketing efforts more effectively and efficiently.


The project included nine communities in three cluster areas within the Central and NW Regional Partnership areas. Each participating community had an identified citizen lead, with overall citizen leadership by the directors of the Fergus Falls Convention and Visitor Bureau (Central Region) and the Fargo-Moorhead CVB director (NW Region). The University Tourism Center led technical efforts.
