University of Wisconsin Extension created the DMA Toolbox about 20 years ago to help small cities reverse decline and revitalize their downtowns. The toolbox was recently updated to include information from Extension staff and educators at the University of Minnesota and Ohio State University, as well as the University of Wisconsin. The updated toolbox also delivers information in new ways—including narrated presentations, podcasts, and videos. Learn more.
