Size 3/16 inch long. (Psyllids can be confused with flies or other insects. Because different insect species may be need to be treated differently, be sure a psyllid problem is correctly identified before attempting control.)
Where/when Found in and around homes, especially around windows, during fall and spring and occasionally during winter.
Significance Does not harm people or property, although it can be a nuisance. Does not reproduce indoors.
