Appearance:
1/16 - 1/5 inch long
Where/When:
Active from May through June and August through September. Chews tiny holes on plants. There are several similar species attacking vegetables, including cabbage, potato, spinach, and corn.
Significance:

Most damaging on early-planted crops. Generally not common but a heavy attack will result in wilted or stunted plants.
