Seven Spotted Lady Beetle Appearance: This beetle is 1/4 - 1/3 inch long with 7 spots on its wing covers.
Where/When: Found in many types of environments, including agricultural fields and gardens.   Active from spring into fall.
Significance: An important natural control agent.   It feeds on aphids.
