Partnering for School Success
In many ways, parents are the most important teachers children will ever have. Parenting for School Success uses the latest research, providing easy-to-use tools for parents and schools to work together to help support children's learning from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
The booklet, Parenting for School Success: A Guide for Parents, provides busy parents with practical ideas that support school success, parent involvement, and more effective parenting. The bookmark summarizes the six key factors that affect learning. Trainings will help school district staff and parents learn more about what they can do to support children's education both at school and at home.
Materials are currently offered in English. Customized Parenting for School Success materials for Latino, African American, Hmong, and Somali families are coming soon.
