for the 2013 ONLINE Private Applicator Certification Exam

 

Paid for exam, but where is the exam link?

• Instructions for accessing MOODLE and a guest account will be emailed to the email address you provide. You will receive four different e-mails: 1) Registration confirmation; 2) PPA exam customer support info; 3) Your University of Minnesota Guest Account; and 4) You now have access to the 2013 Private Pesticide Safety Education Exam.

• Please note that it may take up to two business days for you to receive this information.

• Registrations received after business hours will be processed the next business day.

• Click on the link in the "You now have access to the 2013 Private Pesticide Safety Education Exam" email message. Then log in on that page with the information from the "Your University of Minnesota Guest Account" email message.

• Please allow 2 days to receive registration e-mails. If you are still unsuccessful, please call Mary Kay Ferguson, 612-625-4271 or 1-800-318-8636; email:  m-ferg@umn.edu

Login screen will not accept my username or password.

• Did you register first?  You cannot enter the Moodle exam until you have registered.  You will find the registration link at the bottom of the web page at:     www.pat.umn.edu

• The password entry is case sensitive.  If you keep getting the same error and you know you are entering the username and password correctly, Contact online registration customer service Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, at 800-876-8636 or 612-624-4900.  Make sure you have your Guest ID and your email address available.  They will probably ask you for your identity.
