Again this year, Chippewa, Kandiyohi and Swift counties are partnering to host livestock quality assurance (LQA) training for youth needing to complete level 1 and level 2. Contact your local Extension office to determine if you are in need of training.

Date: Monday, June 17
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Location: Red Barn at Louriston Dairy (6008 90th Ave NE, Murdock)

Any youth that plans to exhibit livestock at the Minnesota State 4-H Livestock Encampment must complete their LQA training before their local county fair.

  • Grades 9-11: Certify at Level 2
