    Introduction to the Internet
    This section explains what the Internet is, what you can do on the Internet, Internet History, How the Internet works, Getting Connected and Choosing an Internet Service Provider.

    Electronic Mail and Mailing Lists
    Learn the basics of electronic mail and how to find email addresses. Find out what mailing lists are, how they work and how to join a list. Learn about netiquette, spam and Usenet Newsgroups.

    The World Wide Web
    This section explains the WWW, how it works, and how to navigate. It introduces you to terms such as multimedia, hypertext, HTML, and URL. Learn about web browsers and tips for using them.

    Searching the Internet
    Learn how to find information on the Internet using search tools and search strategies. Find out how to evaluate information you find on the Internet.

    Advanced Web
    What are plugins and helper applications? Learn about downloading and installing software you find on the Internet. Information about viruses can be found here as well.

    Web Page Development
    This section will teach you how a web page is developed. Learn the basic HTML codes needed to change fonts, add a background, insert clipart, create a bulleted list, and add a link to your page. Find out how to upload your page to a web server using (FTP).

    Web Issues
    This section will provide information and resources for many of the issues about the Internet such as security, privacy, pornography and copyright.
