“YOUth and U” is designed for 4-H Youth Development Capacity Area Program faculty and staff. It is an excellent staff development opportunity that all are expected to attend..

Who sponsors YOUth and U?
Funding for YOUth and U is provided by Center for 4-H & Community Youth Development and the Minnesota 4-H Foundation. The conference is planned by a team of County, Regional and State staff representing the Youth Development Capacity Area.

Keynote Speaker:

Martha Farrell Erickson, Ph.D., Secretary of the Children & Nature Network, is a Senior Fellow and Professor at the University of Minnesota
