- TIFF (.tif in file names): Use for casual or office printing.
- EPS: Use with design programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress and PageMaker or when working with a professional printing company.
- GIF: A common format used for the web.
- JPEG-PowerPoint (.jpg in file names): Use for PowerPoint presentations.
- JPEG-Print (.jpg in file names): Use for casual or office printing.
