Where/When: Pest of apples. The larva webs together leaves for shelter. Young apples incorporated into the shelter are chewed. The larva is active from June until October. |
| Significance: Chewing forms shallow, ragged-edged scars on the maturing fruit. Feeds on leaves, although it is rarely serious. |
