  • Small, purplish red spots with a cream colored center on leaves and young branches
  • Severely infected leaves may turn yellow to red and drop
  • In severe infections, spots may grow together and girdle young shoots
  • Most common on Eastern wahoo (Euonymus atropurpurea)
