Masked hunter nymph
Size: Up to 1/2 inch long.

Where/When: Found indoors anywhere in the home, most commonly during summer, although it can also be found at other times of the year.

Significance: Harmless to property and generally harmless to people, although it is capable of biting if mishandled.
