ServSafe®

Description
The ServSafe® program is a food safety training and certification course developed by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. The seven-hour course is followed by an exam consisting of 90 questions. Topics include: Food Safety's Impact on the Operation, The Flow of Food Through the Operation, and Managing Your Operation.

Audience
The course is recommended for personnel in restaurants, grocery stores, resort and hotel kitchens and other foodservice establishments. Courses satisfy the education requirement for Food Manager Certification.

Registration

See dates, locations and payment options

Registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to course. Course will be cancelled if less than 15 participants are registered. Refunds will be given if course is cancelled, participants may transfer to another location. If participant cancels and course books have been sent, refund will not be granted. You may send someone in your place. Coursebooks are mailed approximately 2 weeks before the class.
