Description
The University Minnesota Extension Service's four-hour course meets the requirements for food manager certification renewal required by the MN Dept of Health (MDH). the renewal course provides, four (4)hours of continuing education in food safety and sanitation; emerging trends in food preperation and handling; sanitation; and the prevention of foodborne illness.
Audience
Personnel of foodservice establishments who need to renew their Food Manager Certification. Certifications require 4 hours of renewal education every 3 years.

Registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to course. Course will be cancelled if less than 15 participants are registered. Refunds will be given if course is cancelled, participants may transfer to another location. If participant cancels after the registration deadline, refund will not be granted. You may send someone in your place.
