About the course
Certified food managers: this online course meets Minnesota’s 4-hour requirement to renew your Food Manager Certification.
It is interactive, using videos, quizzes and case studies to keep you engaged as you move through the modules. You even get the kinds of takeaways you receive at an in-person training; there are tip sheets and resources to download throughout the training.
After you have completed the course you’ll get a form to send to the Minnesota Department of Health, renewing your certification for another 3 years.

Food establishments
Food establishments can purchase the course for all of their food managers. Access codes are given at the time of purchase and can be distributed as needed. This means supervisors can buy the training for their employees who need certification renewal!
