Advanced HACCP

This Advanced HACCP course is a two-day course designed to explore Verification and Validation Procedures and Requirements for food industry. This course will enable you to better understand the differences between verification and validation for your HACCP systems. We will review Federal Regulations for verification and record keeping activities. Participant will work in small groups to discuss, develop and refine HACCP Programs and Activities such as GMPs, SSOPs, and OPRPs.
