Cooking Matters® — A hands-on, cooking based nutrition education program that teaches low-income families how to prepare healthy and tasty meals on a limited budget, using foods that are commonly available in stores and from emergency food providers.

Making Family Mealtime a Tradition — Online course to learn more about the importance of family meals.

Simply Good Eating — People with limited incomes can discover how to make healthy food choices while stretching food dollars in our classes. This program is funded by the USDA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education and the Expanded Food and Nutrition Programs.
