Minnesota Supreme Court Approval Underway
The Parents Forever team has been working with the Minnesota Supreme Court to create an online-version of our popular Parents Forever program. Like our in-person version of the classes, the online course meets the 25 minimum standards for divorce education required by Minnesota Statute 518.157. It also is based on the Parents Forever curriculum which has been approved by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
The Minnesota Supreme Court is currently in the process of reviewing our new online course to give it the official stamp of approval. In the meantime, many local judges and attorneys have recommended our online course and approved it as meeting the divorce education requirements. Check with your judge/attorney to ensure they will accept this course before it has received official approval.
