Staying Resilient in Times of Change
This is a free online course that gives you tools to become more resilient in times of change. When you understand how change affects you, you can respond to it in a more proactive way. This gives you more control and stability in your life.
Through this course, you will be able to:
- Better handle change.
- Identify different types of change.
- Define resilience.
- Strengthen the five characteristics of a resilient person.
This course takes about an hour to complete. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate.
How do I get started?
You can gain immediate access. For this course, your computer will need the following:
- Access to the Internet
- Adobe Reader (available as a free download)
- Adobe Flash Player, version 8.0 or newer (available as a free download)
- Internal or external speakers (audio scripts are available within the course as an alternative)
The course is free and does not require registration. You can access and return to the course as often as needed.
