1 small green cabbage, very thinly sliced
2 carrots, grated
1 red onion, thinly diced
1/2 fresh green jalapeño pepper, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Dash of saltDash of pepper
Time needed: 20 minutes preparation
- In a large bowl, mix green cabbage, carrots, red onion, and jalapeño pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, and oregano. Then combine with vegetable mix and mix thoroughly.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
