Nurturing Family Meals Lessons

Nurturing Family Meals lessons help the participant identify personal goals for eating healthy family meals, identify barriers to nutrition goals when preparing and eating family meals, and recognize benefits and expectations related to family meals for herself and her family.

Objectives

By the end of this lesson, the participant will be able to:

  • Identify personal needs and wants surrounding family meals.
  • Identify barriers to having regular family dinners.
  • Identify the benefits of family meal time.
