The Nutrition Building Blocks for Great Trays® — Trainer’s Manual is a comprehensive curriculum package helps you lead training modules on seven separate nutrition education course topics to school foodservice professionals. Are you trying to help school foodservice staff’s need for SNA Level 1 certification or continuing education units? If so, than the Nutrition Building Blocks for Great Trays® — Trainer’s Manual is for you!

The Nutrition Building Blocks for Great Trays® — Trainer’s Manual provides everything that you need to teach one or more modules of the Nutrition Building Blocks for Great Trays® course in-person to one or more individuals. By purchasing access to the trainer’s manual website, you gain access to the presentations with recommended scripts, video clips, participant handouts, and more that are needed to facilitate one or more modules of this course.

If you teach the entire Nutrition Building Blocks for Great Trays® course to a group of school foodservice professionals, they would meet the 8-hour basic nutrition requirement for SNA Level 1 certification.

Accessing the trainer’s manual website costs $150.00 for a two-year time period. Materials are updated annually, and included within your two year online access period. After the two year time period, you would need to re-register and re-pay the registration fee.
