Classroom Energizers is an evidence-based intervention that increases K-5 and middle school students' physical activity levels. These 10-minute physical activity breaks integrate with academic concepts to reinforce classroom work through movement. Energizers have proven to improve student focus, time on task, memory, attention span and concentration.

Training Available

We offer training to schools and school districts that want to have their teachers trained to use the Energizers in their classrooms. For more detail and fee structure, view the Classroom Energizers flyer (425 K PDF) or contact Mary Caskey (; 320-203-6102).
