This free online course helps families save money at the grocery store.

Planning meals and making a list can go a long way in saving money at the grocery store. Being a savvy shopper can be a benefit to both your personal and financial health.

Through this course you will learn:

This course is free and takes about an hour to complete. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate.

Are you in a public assistance program? This course counts as one hour of job/life skills training. This course can help you better balance work and family life. Through better nutrition and other helpful strategies, such as saving money while shopping, eating together as a family, and reading food labels for buying more food, you can help make your work-family balance challenges more manageable. Following these strategies can help you increase your energy and help to decrease stress. This can help you to focus on your job when you are at work.
