Work your way through the self-study sections online at your own pace. Let the computer calculate your quiz results. Listen to the author as you watch the slides for each section.

Headphones or speakers to hear the author's voice. You can choose to download each section in a high bandwidth or low bandwidth versions. High bandwidth will give you a clearer and higher quality voice; but will take longer to download. Low bandwidth is understandable, has a lower quality voice; but takes a shorter amount of time to download.

2. Print only/non-interactive format

Print out copies of the slides and handouts for the complete self-study and review at your own pace offline.
Technology required: The files are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat for viewing and printing. Adobe Acrobat is made available for you to download free if you do not already have it.
