Laura Perdue currently serves as Extension educator in Health and Nutrition. Before joining Extension in 2014, Laura worked as a dietitian in health promotion and heart disease prevention at a small nonprofit organization in Minneapolis. There she worked in a variety of settings, including schools, worksites, and youth groups. She provided programs, education, and tools for healthy living, with a focus on healthy eating, physical activity, and stress management.

Laura earned a master's degree in Public Health, Nutrition at the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities.
