- I tried to log in, but I don't have a
University of Minnesota Account. What can I do?

On the login page there is a button titled "Create a New Guest Account." Click
this button and follow the directions to create an account for yourself.

I forgot my login and password. What do I do?

Call one of the numbers listed on the left of the login screen. Tell the
support person that you've forgotten your X.500 login and password.

What is a Course Token and where do I get one?
-
A Course Token is an 8-character code that enables a logged-in user to register
for a course. To obtain a Course Token, you will need to go to the List of
Courses and click Purchase Course for the course you wish to purchase. Once
you've completed the purchase process, you will be given a Course Token. If you
log in, then enter the Course Token in the Enter Course Token screen, the
course you purchased will appear on your My ELMS Courses page.

I want to purchase a course for several people. How do I do
this?

First, go to the List of Courses and click the Purchase Course button for the
course you wish to purchase. You will be taken to the shopping cart with a
single item of that course in your cart. Change the quantity to the number of
courses you wish to purchase. When you have completed the course ordering
process, you will be given a Course Token for each course item you purchased.

What are the technical requirements for my course?

Go to the List of Courses and click the "More Information" button below your
course description. The page that appears will provide you with information on
your course's technical requirements.
