From Stream to Table: It's All About Fish!

From Stream to Table: is a CD Educational Package that includes everything needed to present and facilitate this important food safety program on sport-caught and store-bought fish. Three separate but related programs are easily accessed, including the background and resources, by the click of your mouse. Choose the program of most interest for your audience, or plan to do a series of three presentations. Each program will take from 15 to 30 minutes.
