Introduction

This is part of the Simply Good Eating nutrition education curriculum. This set of 43 (8 ½″ x 5 ½″) cards includes recipes developed for use with the Simply Good Eating for Seniors curriculum topics: Boning Up on Calcium, Eating for a Healthy Heart, and Shopping, and Cooking for One or Two. Each card set is sold individually and is held together by a removable metal ring. This is recommended for EFNEP and FSNEP staff and participants and anyone interested in tasty, nutritious, low-cost, easy recipes.
