Information about the complete publication and how to order it is available here. This product complements the Simply Good Eating nutrition education curriculum and can also be a versatile tool for teaching lessons about the Food Guide Pyramid or basic meal planning skills. A glossary is available (1.7 MB PDF) online to help participants become familiar with foods that are new to them. It is recommended for EFNEP and SNAP staff, other nutrition educators, and teachers.
