Information about the complete publication and how to order it is available here. This is part of the Simply Good Eating nutrition education curriculum. This set of 45 (5″x 6″) cards includes recipes for main dishes, soups, money-saving mixes, side dishes, breads, desserts, and snacks. Each recipe includes the ingredients, equipment, cooking instructions, one or two “bright ideas” for the recipe, a menu idea that includes the recipe, number of servings and serving size, recipe nutritional analysis, and a suggestion for how a child might assist with food preparation. There are also information cards on stretching food dollars, food safety, and cooking for one or two. Each card set is sold individually and is held together by a removable metal ring.
