31. Lemon balm
Lemon balm, Melissa officinalis, isa perennial herb hardy to Zone 4. It grows to about 2 feet and prefers a sunny location. Grow from seed indoors and transplant after frost danger has passed. The lemon-scented leaves are used in teas and potpourri.
