“Honeycrisp™, Minnesota State Fruit” is a color poster of the most popular apple developed by the University of Minnesota. In 2006 it was selected to be the State Fruit of Minnesota; a process initiated by a grade school class in Bayport, voted on by legislators, and finalized by the governor.
Honeycrisp was released by the U’s Agricultural Experiment Station in 1991 and has become a national favorite that is grown worldwide.
The 4-color, 2' x 3' poster is printed on heavy stock and fits standard-size poster frames. Please also see other apple posters: "SnowSweet™" (08427), "Zestar™" (08215), "Apples" (07772), "Apple Varieties" (08492).
