Purpose of This Session
- To help you develop an understanding of the effects of divorce on your life and how change is a process
- To help you understand the dynamics of divorce
- To help you learn ways to identify and manage anger
- To equip you with techniques you can use to manage anger
- To better acquaint you with your stress signals and suggest ways to cope with them
- To help you understand issues of domestic abuse and how to keep your family safe
- To help you understand what child abuse is and how to recognize it
- To educate you about sexually transmitted disease
