| Notes |
- Presentations are made available on this CD as .pdf (portable document format) documents. The presentations should open in Acrobat Reader when you click on the linked title(s) above; they will not open in your PowerPoint software program. Two files, Small Group Presentation (SlidesSmGrp.pdf) and Lecture Presentation (SlidesLecture.pdf), are large, so they will take a few moments to load.
- To download the Adobe Reader software, visit: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
- In Adobe Reader, there are four ways to move through the presentations. You can use: (1) the space bar to move forward, (2) the "previous page" and "next page" arrows at the bottom of your screen, (3) the up and down arrows on the right side of your screen, and (4) you can scroll forward and backward. If you want to get rid of the toolbar at the top of your screen, click "view" then "full screen." To get the toolbar back, hit the Esc button on your keyboard. You may need to adjust Acrobat Reader settings when you use these .pdf documents. Try setting "zoom" to 100% and clicking the "fit width" button.
- The media release is a Microsoft Word document. You will be able to edit the copy to your needs, save to your hard drive and print.
