It's dinnertime...do you know where your family is?

"Take Back Your Family Time" is an hour long video discussion with Dr. Bill Doherty. He discusses the frantic, anxious culture of parenting and how parents can reclaim quality time with their children. Community members also provide their personal views and ideas about overscheduled kids and underconnected families. This resource includes a facilitator guide featuring questions to prompt group discussion and suggested program schedules for one-, two-, and three-part sessions. The guide is ideal for leading discussions and versatile enough to be used in a variety of settings.
