and the Minnesota Soybean Research and
Promotion Council. These informative sessions
will be of interest to anyone involved in the
soybean industry, and will be particularly valuable
to soybean producers themselves.
Soybean Production Conferences offer a unique
opportunity for producers and agricultural
professionals to interact with University of
Minnesota research and Extension faculty.
Researchers will discuss their most recent studies
and discuss management strategies for soybean
production in Western Minnesota. Speakers will
discuss risk avoidance and strategies for managing
pests such as soybean aphids, SCN, soil borne
and foliar diseases, and weeds. Speakers
will also address many other important topics
including, managing corn-on-corn crops, tillage,
soybean variety selection, and the future of
Ethanol and Biodiesel production in Minnesota.
